Here at Jefferson County Community Partnership, our goal is to achieve positive results in Jefferson County by identifying concerns, locating resources and facilitating change through community collaboration.
JCCP is 1 of 20 Community Partnerships throughout Missouri that are part of the Family and Community Trust (FACT). FACT is an important public-private non-profit partnership supporting community-based collaborative efforts throughout Missouri. FACT and its 20 Community Partnerships are an effective, low-cost way for the state to get policy results, deliver services and improve the lives of children and families. This unique partnership between community stakeholders, business leaders and state government was born out of concern to help improve the lives of Missouri’s children and families and focus on six core results.

Areas of Concern
1. Increase accountability of communities and agencies to improve results
2. Integrate services in neighborhoods where families live and children attend school
3. Financing services between communities and state agencies
4. Identify connections between program funding and the results produced
